The FCCA Cruise Conference & Trade Show is the association's largest annual gathering, bringing together cruise line executives, destination leaders, port authorities, tour operators and suppliers from across the Caribbean and Latin America. Over four days, attendees take part in workshops, one-on-one meetings and networking events built to turn conversations into business.
This year's program is organized around five focus tracks:
- Destination Development: Planning, product development and investment strategies that help destinations grow cruise calls sustainably.
- Port Operations & Infrastructure: Berthing, terminal upgrades, shore power, safety and the operational details that shape the guest experience.
- Shore Excursions & Tour Operators: Product quality, guest satisfaction and what cruise lines look for when selecting local tour partners.
- Sustainability & Community: Environmental stewardship, local sourcing and programs that share the benefits of tourism with communities.
- Workforce & Careers: Training, recruiting and career pathways for the people who power the cruise and destination industry.
