A practical training program for shore excursion providers, guides and transport operators covering service standards, safety, accessibility and what cruise lines require when selecting tour partners.
The seminar covers three focus tracks:
- Guest Service Excellence: Delivering consistent, high-rated experiences for cruise guests.
- Safety & Compliance: Insurance, vehicle standards and emergency procedures cruise lines expect.
- Accessibility: Designing tours that welcome guests with a range of mobility and sensory needs.
